From personalized consultations with our expert pharmacists to streamlined refills, we’re here to improve your health journey.

Unlike standard, mass-produced medications, your Belmar prescription is custom-compounded to meet your unique needs. This personalized approach takes about 3–5 business days. When reordering, please plan ahead and factor in shipping times.

Starting a new medication can be exciting. Whether you have questions about dosage, possible interactions, or other concerns, our expert pharmacists are available to consult with.

  • Utilize the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) on the Belmar phone system
  • Visit the online patient portal (You can even set up automatic refills here!) 
  • Fill out the refill form on the BelmarPharmaSolutions.com website
  • Respond to the text message we send with a reminder that it is time to refill your prescription (We send 10 days prior to you running out of your medication.)

Out of available refills? Let us know and we can contact your provider for a refill authorization. Please note that this communication can potentially take several days depending on your providers’ availability.

If you have changes to your billing or shipping information, please call the pharmacy and speak directly to a technician.

Colorado Patients: If your prescription is filled in Colorado, you’ll receive login credentials for Belmar Pharmacy’s online patient portal. Through the portal, you can request refills, set up automatic renewals, update billing and shipping details, and track your prescription’s status at any stage. To learn more or arrange a training session with our LifeFile coordinator, email us at [email protected] If you already have access to the patient portal, log in here.

Arizona, Wisconsin, and Florida Patients: The online Patient Portal is not yet available. Please call the location listed on your prescription to place an order.

Capsule and tablet prescriptions come in a vial that is child safety locked. Please follow the instructions below to make your bottle EZ open.

  • With smaller bottles with capsules or tablets, press down on the holding lever, twist to open, then flip the cap upside down and screw it back on.
  • With larger bottles, push down on the cap and twist to open. After removing the cap, press down on its center. Once reattached, it becomes easier to open.

If you’d like future prescriptions to arrive in EZ open bottles, just give the pharmacy a call and we’ll update your preferences.
