Remember: Because your medication is made specifically for you, we will need at least 3 to 5 business days to compound most of your custom medications. When it comes time to order your refill, please keep that timeline in mind, along with shipping times if we are mailing out your prescription.

The State of Connecticut requires we notify you that if you have a concern that an error may have occurred in the dispensing of your prescription, you may contact the Department of Consumer Protection, Drug Control Division by calling 1-800-842-2649.

Prescription Drug Monitoring Notification

If you receive a prescription for a controlled substance from our pharmacy, certain identifying prescription information, including the name of the patient, will be entered into a secure database maintained by your state’s prescription drug monitoring program. State laws require pharmacies to report information about controlled substance prescriptions filled to the prescription drug monitoring database.
